CEG appoints Kosher East for Kosher Certification

On 6th of September, ColloidTek Eka Graha (CEG), producer of ColloidTek Ingredient Stabilizing System, invited Kosher East to audit its facility to reiterate its commitment to provide a Kosher ingredient. The Audit was done in details and include the necessary management documentations, procedures, records, and Kosher traceability of its raw materials and equipment.

Kosher certification is a process by which a company ensures that their food is kosher, or in other words, fit for consumption by observant Jews. Kosher refers to a religious dietary practice that is rooted in Jewish tradition. Contrary to popular belief, kosher food does not refer to Jewish cuisine.
